Mikanna Clark Taurman Voice Scholarship

DESCRIPTION
$2,000 for study in voice beyond the undergraduate level. This includes any program of vocal study open to graduate- and alumni-level candidates. 

REQUIREMENTS
Required Materials Checklist:
  1. Current resume
  2. Statement of Mu Phi Epsilon participation
  3. Most recent unofficial college transcript
  4. Proof of current registration or acceptance into a vocal study program
  5. A detailed budget
  6. High-quality recording of 3 art songs OR arias of contrasting styles. Submission must  be via links to YouTube or other comparable sites provided to the online application system (YouTube preferred, no Dropbox). Recordings in the Scholarship Application process must not be older than two years from the date of application.
  7. List of the recorded repertoire with the following information:
    1. Exact titles, opus numbers
    2. Composers’ names
    3. Timings, including both individual and total timings of repertoire
  8. Two current letters of recommendation
  9. $25 Application Fee
Please note that there will be no return of application fee for incomplete and disqualified applications.
